A Quiet Moment is part of a series of works which looks at the beauty of the natural world, using flowers in particular. I wish to create spaces that hold time in abeyance and take you into the quantum reality that an artist experiences as they work on a piece. In order to experience this, the viewer must take time to look at and feel the image.

 

A quick glance will not do it – the work must be given time to work its magic upon you. Each work is a meditation in itself. What quality in this work speaks to you? This work is about the beauty of colour, line and form which, when melded together come into a whole that calls to the soul.
