The process of journaling is a simple concept, however I suspect that many people don't realize what a deeply satisfying process creative journaling can be.
It can be done on any subject and because we are really turning it over to our subconscious being we can turn this into a deep meditation at the same tiem..
When you see a photo of something you like, don't you immediately feel your spirits rise up? Don't you feel lighter in that moment? well the kind of journaling I teach takes that feeling and multiplies it many times over. I find that when I'm working on my journal I disappear into an alternate reality. I am only focusing on things that instantly ping for me - i.e. give me a happy
feeling at some level. Because of this I always feel so good at the end of a session. In fact I nearly always just want to keep going.......
We are all so individual and this is one of my favourite ways of being able to fully express ME. Even though it sounds selfish, it isn't. How often do we get to make decisions about everything we like without having to consider if someone else will like it too. We can be as quirky, serious, or zany as we like. It is such fun. I get to choose everything about the page. I can choose a topic or just wing it.
So all of the above, is why I like to share the journaling process. I would like to invite you to come and spend a day with me learning some great tools and techniques to use that will create journals to delight your eye, your senses and your heart. I think you will find this will be one of the best things you ever invest your time in. It is something you can do for the rest of your life that gives you not only joy, but along the way, a deeper insight into the beautifully complex soul that you are.
