There has been some excitement at the studio this month - August 2024.
Early in the month I sold the painting below to one of my amazing collectors, as you would have seen in my previous blog post.
I have also received 3 awards recently in international art competitions that also was .........
!! Really Exciting !! Receiving awards, particularly in international competitions is very gratifying, as it means that one's art is gaining some recognition on the world stage. The awards were as follows:
Last week I had a very quick trip to New Zealand so not much painting done that week, but back into it today. working with blues and a handy cup of tea.
